Characteristics

Hokkaido’s are recognized as the finest scallops Japan has to offer and we have them custom graded! These scallops live in super cold water which gives them an amazing texture. Their natural sugars also give them an exquisite, sweet flavor that contributes to their beautiful sear. Serve it raw, quickly seared, or delicately sautéed to highlight the natural flavor of these succulent scallops.

Another wonderful thing about Japanese Hokkaido Scallops is that they are a cost-saving benefit compared to domestic scallops.
