Rainbow trout is somewhat delicate, with a delicious, mild and nutty flavor. When cooked, rainbow trout is tender and flaky. Rainbow trout has a much more subdued color than other trout (or salmon).
Our butterfly and natural fillets are completely boneless.
Alternatives include char, red trout or salmon.
