OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place foil lined tray with oysters on it into the oven. Bake for 9-11 thawed or 14-16 minutes if it’s frozen. Cook until an internal temperature of 145F is reached.

GRILL: Preheat the grill to medium heat and line the grill grates with aluminum foil. Place oysters directly onto the aluminum foil. Grill for 7-9 minutes for thawed oysters or 13-15 minutes for frozen. Cook until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
