Characteristics
CharacteristicsGreenlip mussels have a plump and tender meat that stays wonderfully juicy when cooked.  Their beautiful black shells have an edge of vibrant green.  These large mussels weight in at about 12 to 14 mussels per pound and are sold in 5 lb. bags.
